Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and field-savvy POS – Merchant Onboarding & Field Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants, deploying POS and QR devices, and providing hands-on support to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday). This role reports directly to the Head of Business.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding – Successfully onboard new merchants each month, ensuring a smooth registration and activation process.
Field Documentation – Collect, verify, and submit accurate documentation for each onboarded merchant, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Device Deployment – Deploy and install POS terminals at merchant locations as per the planned schedule, ensuring operational readiness.
Merchant Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, offering consistent communication and support.
After-Sales Support – Deliver timely, on-ground assistance to resolve POS-related issues and ensure merchant satisfaction.
QR Activation – Lead the onboarding and activation of QR merchants, offering training and ensuring proper functionality.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with merchants.
Willingness to travel and provide field support as needed.
Basic understanding of POS and QR systems, with the ability to troubleshoot on-site.
Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in merchant support, deployment, or field services is preferred.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
